]]>After five years without treatment, severe fatigue arrived and changed my life. I followed my son’s lead and began a raw food diet. He showed me how to make smoothies and prepare marvelous dishes—great fun! And now we have a raw food business!
Soon my fatigue was replaced by enormous energy, minimal sleep, and an end to prescription drugs. Eventually my crucial blood counts improved and treatment became unnecessary.
I am sharing the cause of my success with other patients during CLL meetings and as a First Connection Volunteer with Leukemia & Lymphoma Society patients. I may be going against the proverbial grain, but how can I return to discussions on chemotherapy and bone marrow transplants?
With the recent loss of my husband, I will need assistance to attend the conference. My son insists that my attendance will enable me to share new and essential information with fellow patients, aiding in our Longevity—a word I once thought could no longer apply to my life—or theirs.

]]>It’s a pleasure knowing all of you willing to open your minds and evolve with the times rather than sit back in ignorance and inertia and let disease fester in our bodies and waste our resources fighting illness we could have prevented in the first place instead of the better things we could be pursuing. The great things that a few of us following the light always far outweigh, in the end, the negligence of the sleeping and apathetic.
This is my bid to get a discount ticket so that both my girlfriend and I can attend the conference; I have one ticket by virtue of buying the Scratched and/or Dented version of the Longevity Program (we’re not proud), yes, money is tight, two kids in college, got outsourced and downsized, you know the story. I’m a long-time thebestdayever member and shared some of the teachings I borrowed from David Wolfe and friends with my girlfriend, in her bout to rebuild her inner terrain and overcome endometriosis for which she’s had two surgeries and is expected to need more unless things turn around. She has been very receptive to these ideas and has become not only a devoted student of the teachings of David Wolfe and friends, but has begun a quest to pass it on to others, such as her yoga students and folks she will encounter in the health field. She most recently earned her first certification in raw food preparation and did volunteer work, serving as an intern at the Creative Health Institute (which is a lower-cost spin-off of the Ann Wigmore Hippocrates Institute), leading the yoga classes there and sharing her expertise she’s acquired in a raw food based holistic approach to health. She has a great interest in spreading the good words of this health revolution, not only to her students / clients here in the United States, our friends in the raw community here in our hometown, but also to her native country, China, in a way that appeals to the value systems of the people there. If you choose her as one of the recipients of the sponsored tickets, it would be a very cool way of spreading your good will, and you’ll just never know what might come of it, and how many good souls might get the chance to hear another story and make the leap.
