Annmarie has been involved in athletics and healthy living since childhood. She received her Sports Medicine Degree from East Carolina University.
While in college, she had the privilege of working with top Division 1 college athletes (including David Garrard, now quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars) as well as the opportunity to learn, directly on and off the field, from many doctors, physical therapists, and sports nutritionists.
After completing her degree, Annmarie furthered her education, opening her mind to Eastern ways at The Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy – where she was introduced to alternative approaches to every day health, fitness and nutritional needs. Annmarie continually teaches others optimal health by being her own testimonial, always learning and growing. She puts the techniques and philosophies that she has learned into practice through one-on-one and group fitness sessions.
Annmarie is the Owner of Lifestyle Fitness: In Home Personal Training. She is currently running and growing the business and has three superstar trainers working with her while seeing her own one-on-one dedicated clients. When she is not being a business woman, or training others, Annmarie enjoys traveling, being outside and preparing healthy meals. She loves to hike and run in the woods and on occasion you can also find her on her mountain bike. Also, you can see Annmarie on The Renegade Health Show on Wednesday nights – “cooking” up something in the kitchen. Annmarie lives (for now) in Danbury, Connecticut with her husband, soul mate, and life and business partner, Kevin Gianni, and with the Best Cat Ever – Jonny 5!!
