However, I struggled w/ candida (tested positive for systemic)for 10 plus yrs & tried unsuccessful w/ the "anti-candida" diet w/ gluten free grains etc... but i only had a major improvement when i purchased Robert Morse NMD's book "The Detox Miracle Sourcebook and phone consulted w/ him. naturesbotanicalpharmacy.com The book explains in simple way how whole foods can naturally detox the body down to the cellular level. I have much more improvement and yeast infections/itching disappear in 2 days by eating plenty of raw fruit/smoothies, salads and eliminating all grains including rice, corn, gluten, potatoes. Raw fruit is very cleansing and energizing for our brain. Although i advise to limit bananas unless exercising becuz they are high in calories.
