I love the information Dr. Mercola is expressing here, and its such common sense really. I have been playing this for friends and family, posting it on peoples profiles on FaceBook, and just trying to spread it like viral! Hi everyone, Thanks for the very enlightening information and the fact that infant formula is so full of things we would not usually give an infant and the fact that most mothers go back to work so early and leave their children in daycare infant formula plays quite a role in their lives. I wondered why children were taking on such a different shape to the past. Thanks so much and I would be interested in footage of conference as definitely unable to attend.

Hi Carol, I gave up on soy milk some years ago, and now use unpasturized, non-homogenized goat milk [raw goat milk] but you need to find a producer that knows about the "male-twin" hormones and only milks females who either have a female twin or were a single birth [the male twin's hormones cross over into the female twin and cause that "goat" taste in milk. So the producer needs to only milk females without male twins] I also make coconut milk every week from a fresh coconut. I use a masticating juicer for this: Save & add the juice from the coconut and then remove and chop up the coconut meat from the shell then "blend" with equal parts of filtered clean water - soak overnight in the refridgerator. Pass through the juicer the next day and you can store the milk in ice-cube trays or containers in the freezer. The pulp left over [freezes well] & is fantastic for gluten-free cookery, ie: orange and almond[coconut] cake. The coconut milk is wonderful on muesli and in cooking. The pulp is also fabulous on salads, muesli and fruit. Best regards, Fay NZ
